Our name, KashKan, beautifully symbolizes the vibrant diversity of India’s culinary heritage, capturing the essence of flavors from the serene valleys of Kashmir to the southern tip of Kanyakumari.
How It All Began
Our story is rooted in a deep passion for North Indian cuisine and the emotional bond we share with food as a cultural and personal expression. About eight years ago, while enjoying a Hindi TV series called Mithai, we were inspired by the protagonist—a simple yet determined woman who turned her culinary dreams into a thriving business. Her unique creation, Aloo Jalebi, and her unwavering dedication to quality motivated us to embark on our own journey.
In Denver, Colorado, we introduced the first-ever Aloo Jalebi, which quickly became a local favorite. Building on this success, we launched our authentic tiffin service, Khane Ka Dabba, delivering fresh and flavorful meals to countless households. This venture became a beloved choice for Indian families seeking a taste of home.
Fueled by the love and encouragement of our patrons, we are now embarking on our next chapter in Dallas, Texas, with the launch of KashKan – A Unique Desi Dhaba Experience on February 1, 2025. Our loyal customers are already eagerly awaiting this new adventure!
