Current Opportunities

  • CookOversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that ingredients are handled, processed, and cooked according to established recipes and standards. This includes monitoring the quality and freshness of ingredients, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation, and adhering to the restaurant’s culinary vision. Take responsibility for ensuring that every dish is meticulously crafted to meet or exceed customer expectations, with a strong focus on taste, texture, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Assistant Cook – Assist the cook in all stages of food preparation and the smooth execution of kitchen operations. This involves preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring them according to recipe requirements, ensuring they are readily available during cooking. Support the cook by handling basic cooking tasks such as sautéing, frying, or assembling simple dishes under their guidance. Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all utensils, tools, and cooking surfaces are sanitized and in good condition. Play a key role in restocking ingredients and monitoring supplies to prevent disruptions during service, all while following health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment. Act as a reliable team member, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet the restaurant’s quality and efficiency standards.
  • Front office – Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests while efficiently managing front-end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly upon arrival, answering questions about the menu, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover without compromising customer comfort. Accurately take orders and ensure they are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen staff. Handle payments using various methods, maintain accurate cash handling, and issue receipts. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the space reflects the restaurant’s high standards. Serve as a liaison between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service flow.
  • Kitchen Helpers/Cleaners – Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests while efficiently managing front-end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly upon arrival, answering questions about the menu, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover without compromising customer comfort.
